  • I'm just another girl trying to lose weight. I have been struggling with weightloss for as long as I can remember and my weight is constantly up and down a few pounds. I post healthy thinspo, motivation and personal posts about my diet :)
    I have struggled with eating disorders in the past but im on reovery now. Sometimes I relapse, but i haven't since before Christmas 2011. I have always been bullied for my weight, at school, then by people I have been on the wrong side of (who are actually bigger than me, but it still effects me all the time) and even now at the age of 21 I easily take comments to heart, for example, my boyfriends family were eating broth, i didnt want any, his dad said why would you rather have pizza? Then laughed. It gets to me.

    But for once I'm making a positive change in my life, I love exercising and eating healthy (with some cheat meals!). My first half marathon in is September!

I think I might try somekind of intense training for my arms! And maybe abs. Alternate them. Cause my legs are ok from cardio and cardio will also improve my legs. Maybe take a photo of my arms and abs (not that you can even see them yet) every week to track improvements I go to Ibiza in aug. And I finish uni on monday so I can give it my all around work. Might buy some weights. Hmm

The sun is out but I have to set off for work in 45mins!

And I’ve been to uni all morning.
Would love to make a day of the weather and go on a big long walk with a picnic! So unfair.
