I think I might try somekind of intense training for my arms! And maybe abs. Alternate them. Cause my legs are ok from cardio and cardio will also improve my legs. Maybe take a photo of my arms and abs (not that you can even see them yet) every week to track improvements I go to Ibiza in aug. And I finish uni on monday so I can give it my all around work. Might buy some weights. Hmm
The sun is out but I have to set off for work in 45mins!
And I’ve been to uni all morning.
Would love to make a day of the weather and go on a big long walk with a picnic! So unfair.
